Welcome to RealRevi.net ("Service"), operated by RealRevi Technologies ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our background removal service and any related services.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use this Service.

You agree to use our Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws:

• Lawful Purposes Only: No illegal activities or processing of illegal content.
• No Abuse: Automated misuse, excessive resource consumption, or attempts to bypass limits are prohibited.
• Content Restrictions: No sexually explicit, hateful, violent, defamatory, or infringing content.
• No Reverse Engineering: You may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract our code, models, or systems.
• Security: No attempts to disrupt or compromise our Service's security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice for violations.

If you believe content processed via our Service infringes your rights, please email hello@realrevi.net with:

• Links or identifiers of the allegedly infringing content
• Your contact details and statement of ownership or authorization
• A statement that your notice is accurate and made in good faith

We will review and, where appropriate, disable or remove the material and may suspend repeat offenders.

While we strive to maintain excellent availability:

• No guarantee of 100% uptime or error-free operation.
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.
• Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice.
• Service may be limited during high-demand periods.

Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

• Uploaded images are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing. Limited-duration security logs and system backups may retain metadata for abuse prevention and reliability; see our Privacy Policy for details.
• No sale or sharing of your personal data with third parties.
• Account details stored securely and only used to provide our Service.
• You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

Our Service provides AI-powered background removal under these terms:

• You own your original and processed images.
• Processed results may be used for personal or commercial purposes.
• We are not responsible for poor quality caused by low-resolution uploads.
• Complex images (e.g., hair, fur, transparency) may produce imperfect results.
• Our software, models, and website design remain our exclusive property.

License to Process: You grant RealRevi a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit your uploaded content solely to operate and improve the Service. This license ends when processing completes and your file is deleted, except for security logs and backups retained for a limited time as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful way.

RealRevi.net is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind:

• No liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• No guarantee of the accuracy or quality of processed images.
• No responsibility for loss of data due to user error or technical failure.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealRevi and its team against claims or damages resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms periodically:

• Changes posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date.
• Major changes may be notified via email to registered users.
• Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance.
